CT RC&D recognized Abigail Bernstein and Meredith Cope as recipients of its 2026 scholarships supporting students pursuing education and careers related to agriculture, natural resources, conservation and environmental stewardship.

Bernstein is a master’s student at the Yale School of the Environment. Cope is a senior at Middletown High School and plans to attend SUNY Cobleskill, where she will study animal science.

“These scholarship recipients represent the next generation of leaders who will help shape the future of conservation and agriculture in Connecticut,” said CT RC&D Board President John Guszkowski. “We are proud to support their educational journeys and celebrate their achievements.”
