Full Heart Farm

solar panels at full heart farm

Full Heart Farm received an award to reinforce the barn roof and install a 8.91 kW roof-mounted grid tied PV system. The system will produce approximately 10,921 kWh a year, cover approximately 100% of the farm’s historical usage, generate approximately $3,050 in annual electricity savings, and reduce CO2 emissions. Additionally, the award will support on-farm energy efficiency by funding the framing of barn walls, installation of insulation in attic and walls, and installation of energy efficient exterior doors.
