• RC&D will be recognized as a leader in promoting and facilitating the following:
  • Better land use conservation decision-making at the local level through education and outreach
  • Increase sustainable and innovative agricultural production to promote conservation, diversity, education, and a healthier food system
  • A more collaborative and resilient working landscape and ecosystem
  • Facilitate greater regional and inter-organizational communication and coordination in resource conservation and local land use planning
  • Foster youth-empowerment, career preparedness, and youth led programs focusing on climate resiliency through soil, water, land use, and air quality education
